About the airport
San Sebastián Airport is in Hondarribia, on Txingudi Bay right by the French border, about 20 km from central San Sebastián. Its runway runs alongside the mouth of the Bidasoa river, with Hendaye directly opposite.
Terminals
There is a single small terminal, with arrivals and departures in the same building. Most flights are domestic, mainly to Madrid and Barcelona, so formalities are usually quick.
