About the airport
Rhodes “Diagoras” Airport is about 14 km south-west of Rhodes town, on the island of the same name in the Dodecanese. It is one of the busiest airports in Greece, with a lot of charter and seasonal traffic in summer.
Terminals
It has one main terminal with check-in and arrivals in the same building. It is moderate in size, so in high season allow extra time for check-in and security.
Services
There are cafés, shops, cash machines and car rental desks. There is no railway on the island: you reach the city by bus or taxi, or rent a car to get around Rhodes.

Public buses link the airport with Rhodes town. The journey takes about 30 min, but check the timetable, which changes with the season.
