About the airport
Santorini Airport (JTR) serves the island of Santorini, in the Cyclades. It is on the east side of the island, a few kilometres from Fira, the main town. Most flights are to Athens, with seasonal routes from other European cities in summer.
Terminals
It has a single small terminal, with arrivals and departures in the same building. Traffic is much heavier in summer than in winter, and walking distances are short.
Services
The terminal has a café and shops, and taxis wait by the exit. Many visitors rent a car or scooter on the island, and in summer it is worth booking transport in advance.
