Heho Airport HEH

Heho Airport is the main airport serving the Inle Lake area. It handles domestic flights, with a few seasonal international routes. Domestic routes and schedules in Myanmar can change with little notice, so it’s worth confirming your flight shortly before travelling.

Terminals

A single passenger terminal handles both arrivals and departures. It has a handful of shops and places to eat, and handles mainly domestic flights, with a few seasonal international routes.

Services

Facilities are basic but functional. A shuttle or local transport connects the airport with the city centre, timed to arrive and depart around the flights. Taxis or pre-arranged transport also wait outside the terminal; agree the fare before getting in, as most are not metered.
