About the airport
Aktion Airport (Preveza-Lefkada) is a few kilometres from Preveza, in north-western Greece, and is the usual gateway to the island of Lefkada, about 20 km away. It is mainly a holiday airport, with many seasonal flights from across Europe in summer and some domestic flights.

The terminal has cafés, shops, free wifi and car rental desks. As the airport is small, check-in and security are usually quick, except at peak summer times. Taxis are the usual way into town, and a rental car is very handy for exploring the area.
