About the airport

Stornoway Airport is on the Isle of Lewis, in the Outer Hebrides, about 5 km east of the town of Stornoway. It is the main airport of the Western Isles and links the archipelago with the rest of Scotland, mostly with Loganair flights.

    Local taxis; it is best to book ahead. It takes about 10 min to Stornoway.

  • CalMac Stornoway–Ullapool

    The CalMac ferry links Stornoway with Ullapool on the Highland coast in about 2 h 30 min. The ferry terminal is in the town, not next to the airport.
