Airport · Agra, India
0 km from central Agra. Live flights, getting to town, car rental and where to stay.
Agra Airport serves the city of Agra, in Uttar Pradesh. It is a dual-use airport: it shares facilities with an Indian Air Force base, and the civil side is a domestic enclave run by the Airports Authority of India. In the fiscal year April 2025 to March 2026 it handled about 257,000 passengers, 53% more than the previous year.
There is a single domestic terminal, with capacity for around 250 arriving and 250 departing passengers. A new terminal is planned; work was scheduled to begin in 2025 and, according to forecasts, it will not be ready before late 2027.
The offering is limited: IndiGo operates flights to Bengaluru and Navi Mumbai. There are no regular international flights.
It is a small terminal with basic services. Don’t expect lounges or a large retail offering.
Because the flight network is small, check the days and times of operation before booking.
Prepaid taxi counters are often available inside the terminal, or ride-hailing apps can be used outside; agree the fare in advance if not metered.
A shuttle or public bus connects the airport with the centre of Agra, timed around flights.
A single passenger terminal, with arrivals and departures in the same building, with shops and places to eat. It handles mainly domestic flights, with some international routes.
