About the airport
Kishangarh Airport, also called Ajmer Airport, is in Kishangarh on National Highway 448, about 27 km northeast of Ajmer in Rajasthan. It opened on 11 October 2017 and is a modern regional airport. It serves Ajmer and Pushkar, two much-visited pilgrimage destinations that include the dargah of Khwaja Garib Nawaz, and is an alternative to flying into Jaipur. About 125,000 passengers used it in the 2025-26 fiscal year, 44% more than the year before.
Terminals
There is one terminal of about 2,700 m², with six check-in counters and capacity for around 150 passengers at peak time. Its decoration draws on the Kishangarh school of painting and its Bani Thani portraits. Departures and arrivals are in the same building. The car park has room for around 125 vehicles.

According to the latest data, IndiGo flies to Ahmedabad, Delhi and Noida, and Star Air to Ghaziabad, Lucknow, Nagpur and Pune. All flights are domestic and the offer changes often.
Tips
