About the airport
Maharana Pratap Airport, also called Udaipur Airport, is in Dabok, about 22 km east of the city, in Rajasthan. It is run by the Airports Authority of India and serves one of the country’s best-known tourist cities, famous for its lakes and palaces. Between April 2025 and March 2026 it handled about 1.8 million passengers, around 10% more than the previous year.
Terminals
There is a single terminal, opened in February 2008, with two boarding bridges. A larger terminal is under construction, with its foundation stone laid in October 2023, so the building may change in the coming years.

IndiGo, Air India, Air India Express, SpiceJet and Akasa Air operate here. Routes are mostly domestic, to Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad or Jaipur.
