About the airport
Jalgaon Airport (JLG) is in Kusumbe, about 9 km southeast of the city of Jalgaon in northern Maharashtra. It is a small regional airport included in the UDAN regional connectivity scheme, and one of the nearest to the Ajanta Caves. Between April 2025 and March 2026 it handled around 144,000 passengers, 55.7% more than the year before.
Terminals
There is a single terminal of about 700 m², designed for around 120 passengers at peak times. Arrivals and departures share the building and there are no boarding bridges: you walk to the aircraft.
Airlines and destinations
Alliance Air flies to Ahmedabad and Mumbai, and Fly91 flies to Goa-Mopa, Hyderabad, Navi Mumbai and Pune. Fly91 restarted operations in April 2024, and the airport is now one of Maharashtra’s fastest-growing.
